Approach

Park at Craven Sailing Club then follow the path around the left of the reservoir and climb over the stile onto Barden Moor. Follow the path until just past the first pipe going under the path, then turn left uphill. Keep following this path and don't turn right until slightly above the crag. Turn right too early and you'll be knee-high in a bog.
